Return & Exchange Policy

At Luna Bloom, every candle is hand-poured with care and intention. We want you to feel completely at peace with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible, the candle must be:

Unused and unlit

Free from damage

Returned in its original packaging

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number once the return has been sent.

To begin a return, please email us at shop@lunabloomcandles.com with your order number and the reason for the return or use our Return Request Form

Please note: We are not responsible for returns damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

 

Exchanges & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re deeply sorry. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “delivered” by USPS or the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend ensuring your delivery location is safe and monitored.

Luna Bloom is also not responsible for packages left outside in extreme weather conditions (such as direct sunlight, rain, or cold) for extended periods.
