At Luna Bloom, each candle is hand-poured with care and intention. Because we create every piece to order, we kindly ask for a little patience as we prepare your items with the love and attention they deserve.

Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to handcraft, package, and prepare your candles for shipment.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship anywhere in the USA and Canada.

Which mail carriers do you use?
For all U.S. orders, we ship via USPS or UPS and charge a flat rate of $7.95, no matter the order size. Free shipping over $75

For Canadian orders, shipping is fulfilled through USPS or UPS, and rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the carrier’s current pricing.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location.
 You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delays may happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes. While we always aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays once the package is with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Luna Bloom is not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
