At Luna Bloom, each candle is hand-poured with care and intention. Because we create every piece to order, we kindly ask for a little patience as we prepare your items with the love and attention they deserve.
1. Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to handcraft, package, and prepare your candles for shipment.
2. Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We’re happy to offer free shipping on orders over $50
4. Delivery Area
At this time, Luna Bloom ships only within the United States.
5. Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delays may happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes. While we always aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays once the package is with the shipping carrier.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Luna Bloom is not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
