5.5 Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Luna Bloom is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Free from damage
In its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide a tracking number once shipped.

Please Note:

We are not responsible for returns damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
Returns are not accepted for items left outside in extreme weather conditions.
We do not accept returns on used candles or sale items.

Luna Bloom is not responsible for packages that are lost or marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
We do not issue refunds or replacements in such cases. Please contact your carrier directly for assistance.
