Each candle is hand-poured in small batches, so no two are exactly alike. Small imperfections and color variations are part of their charm—making each one beautifully unique.

Damaged Items

Due to the delicate nature of our candles, they may occasionally sustain damage during shipping and handling. If this occurs, please email us at shop@lunabloomcandles.com within 48 hours of receiving the package with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will be happy to offer a replacement or a refund.

Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
