How Digital Gift Cards Work
When you purchase a Luna Bloom's digital gift card, you’ll receive an email containing a unique code that can be used at checkout.
You also have the option to enter the recipient’s email at checkout so they receive the digital gift card directly in their inbox.
To Redeem:
The recipient simply enters the gift card code in the designated field at checkout, and the amount will be applied to their order.

Absolutely! Each candle is lovingly hand-poured using 100% natural, plant-based soy wax, completely free from paraffin for a clean, long lasting burn.

Damaged Items
Due to the delicate nature of our candles, they may occasionally sustain damage during shipping and handling. If this occurs, please email us at shop@lunabloomcandles.com within 48 hours of receiving the package with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will be happy to offer a replacement or a refund.
Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
