How to Use

  1. Remove the collar and clear stopper, then replace the collar.
  2. Insert the reeds and allow them to absorb the fragrance for 24 hours.
  3. Carefully flip the reeds after the first 24 hours.
  4. Flip them every one to two weeks, or whenever the fragrance needs refreshing.
  5. Use fewer reeds for a softer scent and more reeds for a stronger scent.
  6. Place on a stable, nonporous surface away from direct sunlight, heat, children and pets.

Shipping

Reed diffusers are shipped by ground service in accordance with carrier requirements. Orders traveling outside Central Florida may require additional transit time.

Damaged Items

Due to the delicate nature of our candles, they may occasionally sustain damage during shipping and handling. If this occurs, please email us at shop@lunabloomcandles.com within 48 hours of receiving the package with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will be happy to offer a replacement or a refund.

Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
